What is breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation technique based on controlled hyperventilation breathing. Breathwork classes online has the power to shift your state of consciousness so that you can explore your emotions from today, from yesterday, from thirty years ago, or even those of your family and the collective society in which we function and interact. Emotions that got unconsciously suppressed wire your brain in a dysfunctional way which has negative consequences on your daily life. Untangling these blind spots somatically through breathwork journeys enables you to release these emotions and internal blockages to finally move on and build s better life.

What is transformational breathwork?

Transformational breathwork is a conscious connected breathing practice that helps to gain access to the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, and help to rewire the brain.

What is expansiveness?

The theme of my breathwork journey that I am guiding is called “Journey of Expansiveness” which is in essence my calling i.e. to create an expansive space that liberates your true self. Expansiveness is a mindset characterized by curiosity, adaptability and willingness to step outside one’s comfort zone. Being expansive is important because it facilitates personal growth, broadens your perspective, enhances your creativity, enables emotional freedom, awakens you spiritually and more importantly, it manifests your calling. The process in achieving ultimate expansiveness is through Emancipation (freeing oneself from limiting and debilitating beliefs e.g. negative mindset, fear of the unknown or failure), Essence (recognizing the authentic Self) and Embodiment (embracing expansiveness empowers you to live a more fulfilling, authentic, and purposeful life).

    Topic: "Expansiveness"

    During this session via Zoom, we will go through a 30-min Introduction (the power of breathwork, why it is important and the technique involved in the journey), followed by a 75-min breathwork journey and the remaining time will be dedicated for collective reflection.

  • A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

    Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy and seizures in the past, anyone taking heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support or experiencing an acute emotional or spiritual crisis. People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.

    This list is not exhaustive and we generally advise that if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed here to consult a physician before participating in these breathing sessions.

    I warrant and represent that I am in good health physically, mentally, psychologically and emotionally, and I understand and warrant that if I am not in good health I will not be allowed to perform the activities and sessions. Accordingly, the declaration and certification that I am in good health in all the above-mentioned respects constitutes a material agreement to allow me to participate in the breathing sessions.

    I know and acknowledge that the person facilitating is not a doctor or psychiatrist, or a specialist in health care, and that the activities offered are not intended to treat and diagnose specific medical conditions, whether physical, psychological or emotional.

    I voluntarily participate in these activities knowing the risks and consequences and agree to assume all consequences, known or not.

    I release trainer Wong Yee Thong from all responsibilities, costs and damages that may arise from participating in the above-mentioned activity.

    I agree to accept financial responsibility for costs related to treatment.

    I acknowledge that I have read the above warning and agree to proceed with full responsibility, and understand that I have waived certain rights by signing this release of liability freely and voluntarily, without any external influence.
